Infrastructure That Doesn't Wake You at 3am

Hosting is invisible when it works and catastrophic when it doesn't. We make sure it works.

What Is Managed Cloud Hosting?

Managed cloud hosting is a service where a provider handles the server infrastructure your website or application runs on — including setup, security patching, performance optimisation, backups, and monitoring — so your team focuses on running the business rather than managing servers.

It sits between shared hosting (cheap, slow, insecure) and unmanaged cloud (powerful but requires an in-house DevOps team). Managed hosting gives you cloud-grade performance without needing a dedicated infrastructure engineer.

Why Hosting Choice Matters for GCC Businesses

Server location directly affects how fast your website loads for users. A server in Europe or the US adds 150–300ms of latency for visitors in Dubai, Riyadh, or Kuwait City — enough to measurably reduce conversion rates. AWS's Bahrain region (me-south-1) and the UAE region (me-central-1) put compute capacity inside the GCC, dramatically reducing latency for regional visitors. We select and configure the right infrastructure for your user geography.

GCC edge locations

AWS Bahrain and UAE regions, Cloudflare CDN with edge nodes in Dubai and Riyadh. Your website loads in under 1 second for GCC visitors — not 3–4 seconds from a European server.

Automated backups

Daily snapshots of your entire server, 30-day retention, one-click restore. Weekly backup integrity tests so we know backups actually work before you need them.

24/7 uptime monitoring

Automated alerts if your site goes down, response-time monitoring for Core Web Vitals, SSL expiry alerts 30 days in advance. You get notified — and we act — before your customers notice.

What We Provide

  • Managed VPS — isolated virtual servers on DigitalOcean, Vultr, or AWS with full resource guarantees
  • Cloudflare CDN setup — global content delivery, DDoS mitigation, firewall rules, caching configuration
  • AWS management — EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront configured and managed on your account
  • SSL certificates — Let's Encrypt or commercial certificates installed and auto-renewed
  • Domain registration — .com, .ae, .sa, .kw, .qa, .co, and any other TLD registered under your name
  • DNS management — full DNS configuration, TTL optimisation, failover routing
  • Email hosting — Google Workspace or Zoho Mail setup with correct SPF/DKIM/DMARC for deliverability
  • Server hardening — UFW/iptables firewall rules, fail2ban, SSH key-only auth, OS security patching

Our Hosting Setup Process

Step 1 — Requirements Assessment

Traffic volume, geographic audience, application stack, data sensitivity, and compliance requirements (PDPL, DIFC, ADGM) are assessed to select the right infrastructure configuration.

Step 2 — Infrastructure Provisioning

Server provisioned under your cloud account (DigitalOcean, AWS, Vultr). You own the account and can access everything directly — we never run infrastructure on accounts you don't control.

Step 3 — Server Configuration & Hardening

Web server (nginx or Apache), database server, PHP/Node/Python runtime installed and configured. Security hardening applied: firewall, fail2ban, SSH keys, automatic security patches.

Step 4 — Cloudflare & DNS Setup

Domain pointed to Cloudflare. CDN caching rules configured for your application. DDoS protection enabled. DNS propagation confirmed across all regions including GCC.

Step 5 — Monitoring & Backup Configuration

Uptime monitoring, performance alerting, and automated daily backups configured. Backup restore tested before we consider setup complete.

Step 6 — Handover & Documentation

Access credentials, architecture diagram, and runbook delivered. You understand exactly what you have and where everything is.

Pricing Guide

One-time server setup and migration: USD 300–800 depending on complexity. Ongoing managed hosting retainers: USD 80–500/month (covering monitoring, patching, backups, and support). Infrastructure costs (cloud provider bills) are separate and paid directly to the cloud provider — we don't mark up infrastructure.

Common Questions

Where should I host my website if most of my users are in UAE or Saudi Arabia?
AWS Bahrain (me-south-1) or AWS UAE (me-central-1) for latency-sensitive applications. Cloudflare CDN in front of a standard VPS is a cost-effective alternative that delivers sub-100ms response times for GCC visitors via Cloudflare's Dubai and Riyadh edge nodes.
Do you manage hosting on my existing cloud account?
Yes, and that's the model we prefer. Your cloud account, your billing, your full access. We operate within it as your technical team. You're never locked into us.
Can you migrate our website from its current host?
Yes. Website and database migration with zero-downtime cutover is included in our hosting setup projects. We test everything on the new server before changing DNS.
What is PDPL and does hosting location affect compliance?
Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) has requirements for where Saudi citizens' personal data is stored. For Saudi-regulated entities, hosting in the AWS Riyadh or Bahrain region is the safest choice. We advise on compliance requirements during the infrastructure planning phase.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a new website take to launch?

A marketing site typically launches in three to five weeks. Custom web applications, e-commerce stores, and portals take eight to sixteen weeks depending on integrations and the number of user roles.

What stack do you build on?

For content sites we ship static HTML generated from a Python or Astro pipeline for maximum speed and SEO. For dynamic apps we use Next.js, Laravel, or Node with a PostgreSQL or MongoDB database. E-commerce runs on WooCommerce, Shopify, or a custom Next.js storefront based on your roadmap.

Do you build in both Arabic and English?

Yes. Every project includes proper RTL layout, hreflang tags, Arabic and English copy, and tested cross-language navigation. We do not treat Arabic as an afterthought.

What happens after launch — do you maintain the site?

Yes. We offer monthly maintenance covering security patches, backups, performance monitoring, small content edits, and SEO adjustments. This is optional but recommended for business-critical sites.
